1. industrial kiln kiln body heat preservation and energy saving is an important means of energy savin
Industrial furnaces are widely used in all walks of life of national economy, such as metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, light industry, food industry and ceramics etc.. There are various types of industrial furnaces, high energy consumption and high impact, which is the key equipment for industrial heating. With the development of global economic integration, resources and environment, technology of industrial furnace and device level in China is facing great challenges, energy saving and emission reduction is imperative. With the development of heating technology and the application of high efficiency and energy saving technology, it has a great influence on improving product quality, reducing production cost, using energy reasonably, improving working conditions and realizing civilized production.
The design and transformation of the current kiln, the ways are mainly the following ways to reduce energy consumption, heat transformation, combustion system transformation, structure transformation, kiln furnace insulation transformation, furnace flue gas waste heat utilization transformation, kiln seal modification, control system etc.. One of the more important and direct means is to strengthen the insulation of the furnace body, which can significantly reduce the energy consumption, and make the enterprise obtain prominent social and economic benefits.
In the past, all kinds of industrial furnaces with different insulation materials for furnace insulation, but because many either cannot withstand high temperature insulation materials (such as glass wool, mineral wool and calcium silicate, etc.) or very high thermal conductivity at high temperature (such as heat insulation brick and ceramic fibers), thermal insulation effect is not ideal, there are many further such space. Nano porous insulation developed in recent years is the insulation material very excellent properties, it can be used alone or in combination with other materials, to achieve the ideal effect of heat preservation, energy saving equipment or space.
2. nanometer microporous insulation board and its energy saving and space effect in industrial furnace
Nano porous insulation board is the use of nano silicon dioxide, adding appropriate additives, through the special process of direct compression molding of high pressure insulation material.
Due to the synergistic comprehensive effect of its special nano porous structure and various additives, used in the different temperature range to maximize the inhibition of heat conduction and convection and radiation, makes the material is much better than that of all other traditional insulation materials, such as light heat insulation brick, mineral wool, perlite, vermiculite, calcium silicate and ceramic fiber products that is better than the aerogel mat and other products, in most of the temperature range of thermal conductivity of nano microporous insulation panel is even lower than the static thermal conductivity of air. (Figure 1)
Due to its superior insulation performance, the application can be the same thickness of the insulation layer to obtain lower wall temperature to save energy; or in a thin insulating layer thickness, get more space inside and outside equipment. Or through the integrated design, to save energy, but also increase the effect of space (Figure 2). At the same time, due to the improvement of the thermal insulation performance, the heat dissipation of the kiln equipment is reduced, the temperature distribution in the device is more uniform, which is beneficial to the control of the process temperature and the improvement of the product quality.
At the same time, nano porous insulation board is a kind of green environmental protection material. Not harmful to environment and human, material waste and emissions in the production process, it will not be like other traditional insulation materials in the production process that consumes a lot of energy and easy to cause damage to the production staff. Compared with the traditional insulation materials, in the same thermal effect, smaller nano microporous insulation plate for, in the following aspects for environmental protection has positive significance: to reduce the amount of material used to reduce packaging and transportation of freight and reduce carbon dioxide emissions, due to thermal insulation material during heating process equipment the heat loss.
To sum up, the nano porous insulation board is a super heat insulation, ultra-thin thickness and super environmental protection of new insulation materials.

3. An example of the application of nano porous insulation board in kiln
3.1 Application of ceramic kiln
High temperature ceramic kiln furnace usually, usually made of refractory brick and ceramic fiber, wool constitute furnace lining. Figure 3 is an example of a kiln liner. The thickness of insulation layer is 380mm, and the heat loss is 646W/m2.

If the 20mm thick HT-1000 insulation board is added after the refractory brick, the thickness of the insulation layer can be reduced to 300mm. (Figure 4)

If the HT-1000 insulation board is added after the fire brick, and the thickness of the insulation layer of the kiln is kept constant 380mm, the heat loss is reduced to 520W/m2, which is about 20% lower than that of the 20mm. (Figure 5)

3.2 Application of glass processing furnace
A lot of glass is processed at the temperature of 750 degrees celsius. Generally consists of insulating glass wool and so on. Figure 6 is an example of a kiln liner. The thickness of insulation layer is 100mm, and the heat loss is 777W/m2.

If the use of MT-800 nano microporous insulation board, only need to be able to reach the 25mm and 100mm glass insulation cotton close to the energy consumption of the state, the furnace space (Figure 7).
Figure 8 the thermal loss is reduced by about 45% with the same thickness of the 20mm kiln in the case of the same thickness of MT-800
4.Other considerations for using nanoporous insulating panels
4.1 Design and construction
In many cases, the insulation surface is made up of a plurality of blocks. It has a little joint insulation board, the thermal bridge effect, easy heat dissipation from the joints, causing insulation effect can not achieve the ideal state. Under the condition that the total thickness of the insulation is invariable, the double layer insulating plate can be used alternately to cover the lower layer with the upper insulating plate to achieve better insulation effect. But it needs to increase the workload of construction and installation. Specific decision by the customer according to their own situation to decide.
4.2 install
The nano porous insulation board can be fixed with adhesive tape, refractory clay, etc., and then use other materials (such as steel, refractory bricks and pouring materials, etc.) for permanent fixation. Can also be used for metal, ceramic and other high temperature resistance of the anchor and wall, wall, etc..
4.3 Sheet handling operations
Due to the characteristics of the material, the mechanical strength of the nano plate is relatively low, serious handling will also cause serious damage to the plate. Whether the plate is easy to damage and the characteristics of the material, but also with the size of the material, thickness and the type of packaging.
It is generally recommended that a cardboard or a thin artificial board be used for carrying a sheet. If you have the direct use of hands, hands should be Pinto, ensure the plate support center. Strictly avoid the edge of the plate by hand, so that the weight of the plate is too concentrated on the edge of the plate to cause damage.
